updates...

MIA for quite some time... just dun feel as motivated to update my blog cos i was bugged down by some stuff recently...

as most of u all alreadi noe, my 1gb (= 1000 pics and video clips) memory card containing my pics fr e france and italy trip is spoilt...dat explains y i haven't posted any pics fr e trip as yet...e whole story is long, long and long...yet w some funny and ironic moments [ most pple laff when i narrate e story...no offence cos i can't help laffing myself]...i guess dat's y i have a love-hate relationship w techonology...and considering e other time when my d-drive crashed and all my pics were deleted, dis time it's just driving me nuts...but after 2 weeks of being sad, i've decided to snap out of it...or rather, e feeling of being sad is wearing off cos sometimes, it's just too tiring to feel sad, esp when there's so much more to discover and capture in life...thank God! =)

rem how i saw one of jensen's pics on his blog...of e view fr his house...here's mine...e things we miss out cos we take them for granted...
having e passion & drive+ being optimistic...was at Fan Fan's autograph session held at bras brasah popCentral @ cd rama last saturday...i've alwiz liked her voice +songs...but dis is e first time i saw her face to face...when she stood there, (limping, one leg bandaged cos she fell off e stage in her Taiwan concert), singing her heart out w sincerity, somehow i felt realli moved... and though she was injured, she still thanked God dat at least e injuries weren't as bad as it could have been! she's so optimistic, and seeing her bright smile cheers me up =)
was on e way back fr Fan Fan's autograph session ...and i caught sight of e DHL hot air balloon fr another angle....sporeans r realli passionate abt food...Food festival at e ever crowded n vibrant Bugis Junction...

sporeans r kind-hearted... did some volunteer work these two weeks...1) Project Can, collecting canned food around Kovan/Hougang HDB Flats to help e needy families 2)Flag Day to help the Society for the Physically Disabled... and met pple who are realli warm n frenly, big hearted + donated generously for a good cause =)

did lots of catching up w frens... serene, jennifer, and canoeists... chit chat + fun + lots of laffs....

going off for a short trip next week fr mon till thurs...till then, see ya my frens!! =)

1) e weather was HOT
2) i saw passerbys buying-- they were slurping e juice, and trying to scrape e flesh fr its husk (from plastic spoons, they gave up and asked for metal spoons)...it was so funny! *herd mentality*...
3) e last time i drank/ate a coconut was in langkawi w my family about 2 years back...flashback..

y i recommend e coconut fr e drink stall
1) FULL OF JUICE! up to e brim!!
2) fleshy!
...shiok!

second week in spore!

has also been laffing a lot...esp during e massage session in batam, which reduced me to tears, and my nose became so blocked.... can u imagine??! e javanese style massage was so painful, yet ticklish, esp for my big thighs! but i luv e head and neck massage...hehe...and of cos i had a great time SHOPPING @ e MegaMall there, where i bought a pair of adidas sneakers for $15!

has been eating a lot...food republic's popiah + century egg porridge (pei3 tan2!!)...

has watched her FIRST movie in 6 mths! SUPERMAN RETURNS...though i can't realli make sense out of it...some parts are ?...thot e scene abt e little boy playing e piano and e baddie joining in was amusing, and rather heartwarming, TILL e next moment---e little boy uses his super powers to fling e piano at e baddie =( e ironies of life.

has been singing! a ktv session at long last! but i sang off-key lotsa times...lotsa off-key duets w melon but who cares?! lol

has put on 2 kg cos of mummy's yummy home cooked meals

has been to parco bugis...(check out e cool mrt poster they have)

has been spring cleaning her room (trying to spot e red ants hiding place but to no avail...and has been trying to eliminate e dust mites around)... feeling nostalgic...(1) i was flipping thru my hwa chong mag and i saw a b&w class photo of o1s67...i look like crap...lol...was flipping thru my diary entries, and glanced about stuff i wrote abt wad we will do during breaks...abt LOO...and dis book where marie wrote about how unfair it is dat we have to sit thru dis boring talk while TAN WS was sleeping in e LT too...rem e song we alwiz sang abt TWS?! =) (2) saw dis get-well card dat kelly wrote...e ten reasons y i shud go back to training real soon includes "the team has one less muscle woman/chio bu", "the red ants are worried about starving", "we miss you lots!".... re-reading e card put a smile on my face =) (3) was flipping thru my secondary autograph book, as well as secondary photos...saw dis entry of an outline of serene's hand, which had dis caption "rem e hand that alwiz whacked you"....haha...den oso saw dis photo of me+huiwen at e beach where i looked like crap [again]...
